Er, these pics are long overdue..they were taken around mid january. didn't have time to upload them la..these were taken when i was in Belfast for a christian concert( Belfast is in northern ireland )... but the pics were taken in Giant's Causeway..slightly north to Belfast. the unique thing about Giant's causeway is the rocks. it's hexagonal in shape..something about lava and rapid cooling by the cold sea water..

My Birthday!!

my 21st birthday!!!..hehe. i had two surprises, this was the midnight one. hmm, i'm thinking u guys would probably have guessed that..since i'm in my 'pajamas' and looking a bit..blur?
that's me opening my first bottle of wine. i didn't drink alot though..the four guys drank much more, and my housemate ( bottom right) almost murdered them because they got kinda drunk and was blabbing out the second surprise party for lunch!..hehe, the thing was, i was kinda 'high' as well..so i didn't realise what they were saying..=P. co-conspirator for my surprise party is louise (bottom left)

this is me with the swans!!..pretty right?..hehe.my friend took the pic just as one came behind me.this is another part of town.this was taken during hari raya, when we were going visiting. most of our malay friends stay in Rathmines.

Hehe, loads of pictures here in St Stephen's Green. but didn't upload all the pic la. too many, so i picked a few. this is the park that we have to go through if we wanna go to town from earlsfort terrace. it's really huge...a few of my friends got lost in here a couple of times. when it's more sunny, can see alot of ah mo sitting on the grass having their lunch...but that's only during autumn. didn't see anybody doing that during winter though...

hehe, i thought it'll be nice to let you all see what i see whenever i look outside my window. pretty eh?..the pic on the left is almost the same angle as the one on the right except that it was nearer to winter. see that the trees are bald and the field is covered in frost!

check out my hostel..hehe, it's more like an apartment la. from bottom left, it shows the hall way into the living room. and on the right is the living room. we rearranged the furniture already la...to accomodoate the tv!.but i haven't taken any recent pics of it. then, the dining room. connected with the living room and the kitchen. Above that is the kitchen. tiny huh?..imagine four people cooking in there (doesn't happen often but once or twice)..anyway, i'm not complaining. For dad, mom, che and rena who say Akasia (my hostel back in INTEC)..this is practically like a hotel compared to it! Obviously, the pic above is the toilet pei hwa and i sharing. the irish and american share another bathroom. and, my bedroom!

This is Grafton street. There are many shops along this street but the interesting thing about this street is all these people at the side. They set up their own spots and do whatever they do(the guys in the 4th and 5th pics from below, they move after a period of time..usually after people throw in some coins) and they are on this street almost everyday. cool huh?..it's actually quite fun to watch them. hehe, but we don't put in any coins though. like what a friend of mine said, 'hey, the guy performing is wearing a more branded pairs of shoes than i do!'.....

Hey, er..i have no idea what to write..:p
hehe, Rena told me that this is kinda like a journal in which i'll write about what's going on. hm, i'm having my hols now...nothing much. basically just relaxing after exams and rapidly becoming a tv addict again. didn't have the time to watch tv when i was having classes. anyway, this blog was created so that i can upload the pictures i took so that all of you can view it. i couldn't sent it through emails la. i hope this works!
